“Jericoacoara, once known as a small Brazilian fishing village, has now become to the windsurfing world a destination known for its guaranteed winds from August to December.  Most people windsurf at the main launch in front of Club Ventos, however, Jericoacoara has much more variety of sailing to offer.  This being my 7th year spending the fall in Jericoacoara, I took my friend who’s never been here before, Michael Rossmeier, on a little tour of the windsurfing spots that the town of Jericoacoara has to offer.  All these spots, except the lagoons, can be sailed to from the main launch without any de-rigging or packing involved.”
