The ULTRA 100% carbon mast has been in development for some time and now the team at Hot Sails Maui are very excited to finally introduce this new product to the market. Following the success of the Firelight we wanted to produce a premium quality mast which would surpass all other wave masts in terms of weight while remaining strong and dependable in tough conditions. Throughout the 18-month development phase we tested countless masts from five different carbon factories to destruction in the brutal Hawaii waves. We constantly re-evaluated the performance and characteristics to ensure that the new mast perfectly complimented our full range of sails. The new RDM mast is lighter, reacts quicker and will take a respectable beating. Made under tight controls inside the EU with British sourced Prepreg carbon the ULTRA 100% carbon mast is the performance boost you were looking for and your rig will never quite feel the same again!
